Other Music Groups in Naples FL
The Naples Orchestra and Chorus works with other Naples music organizations. We support them and they support us. Many of our members also perform with these groups.
This organization was formed to create a state of the art Cultural and Performing Arts Center that showcases local visual and performing artists, and provides accessible, affordable cultural, performance and educational opportunities for the community. Founded in 2004, CAPA today is the most exciting cultural development in Naples in a decade.
Check it out and also find out about the Festival of the Arts at Sugden Regional Park in January by linking to CAPA.
Founded in 1965, the Naples Music Club is the oldest organization in town devoted to music. Its purpose is to raise money for talented young musicians so that they continue their study and education. In the spring of each year an audition is held and the most deserving are selected. These young people then perform in public and awards are made in cash ranging from $100 to $1,000.
This mission is funded by membership fees, private gifts, and donations collected at various concerts offered in season by local and visiting outstanding instrumentalists and vocalists who perform gratis.
This group of lively musicians always draws a tremendous crowd when it gives concerts at Cambier Park in Naples. If you want to join in a large band, get in touch with Naples Concert Band.
Opera lovers meet regularly throughout the year, share specific interests, visit regional opera performances and participate in a community outreach for young students and artists. Click Naples Opera Society or call 800-466-8017 or 239-513-1122, x110.
This organization connects Art, Music, Theater, Film, Dance, Education and Nature groups and their members with each other, and publishes a monthly calendar of their public events. If you want information about any related events, link to The United Arts Council.
Founded in 2003, this now very well estabalished organization provides a chance for the fine voices of men and women in Naples to be heard. Interested singers are always welcome. Those with experience in choral singing and the ability to read music are especially welcome. Check out The Voices of Naples.
